What is included

- The tier test and the certificate when you pass.
Payment
You pay on the learning platform, by secure online payment, in EUR or USD. Prices are shown as final prices for consumers in the European Union; your invoice shows the applicable VAT.
Cancellation and refunds
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid month, and there are no partial refunds for the current month. Prepaid tiers are digital content: once you have started the lessons, the purchase cannot be refunded. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.
