2. What you buy
We sell access to online astrology lessons (videos, notes and quizzes), written answers to your questions about the material, tier tests and certificates of completion. The lessons are delivered on our learning platform. The course is an educational product. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not make predictions about your life.
3. Plans and paces
You can buy a monthly plan at Normal pace (new lessons every two weeks) or at Intensive pace (new lessons every week), or a prepaid tier with the access period shown on the pricing page. Prices are shown in EUR and USD and are final prices for consumers in the European Union; your invoice shows the applicable VAT. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
4. Your account
You need an account on the learning platform. Your account is personal; please do not share your login. You must be at least 16 years old to enrol, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and ends at the end of the paid month. Prepaid tiers are digital content: by starting the lessons you agree that delivery begins at once and that you lose your right of withdrawal for that purchase. Details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
6. Progression and certificates
Tiers open in order. The next tier opens when you have passed the test of the current one. A certificate of completion confirms that you have completed a tier; it is not a state or university qualification.
7. Intellectual property
All lessons, videos, notes, quizzes, texts and images are our property or used under licence. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, sell, publish or teach from them without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Please be respectful in every message to us and to other students. We may suspend an account that shares login details, copies the material, or behaves abusively.
9. Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. If a prepaid tier is unavailable for a long period for reasons on our side, we extend your access accordingly.
10. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence as the law requires. We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of the course material. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top. Important changes are announced by e-mail or on the platform.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Hungary. Consumers in the European Union may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
